Crew Member (Former Employee) says

"ManagementThe managers do not care about hard working employees.OverallThere was always a full staff there and only like two people actually working at a time. Everyone else including managers were standing in the back talking. I was asked to stay past my shift multiple times so that the closing employees could take thier 30 minute break together. When I was working the drive thru no one would help me bag orders up and get fry's ready when we were slammed they were too busy talking to help during the rush. This is a bad place to work and full of stress."

Team Member (Former Employee) says

"I worked at these place for a few years and they constantly went through managers. The last year I worked there they had a new gm and she was just awful. She was always belittling people in front of customers. Some customers had brought up to me about it. Overall this can be a stressful environment and management does not make it any better. Management bark orders at you and are on their phones a majority of the time. They never help you unless it’s convenient for them which is rare. The area supervisor was not the best fit either. He didn’t care what he said to you and was very unprofessional. During the pandemic hours were cut majorly for some but the lazy ones were the ones who’s hours stayed about the same.Breaks if you are lucky to get oneStress, being belittled, inexperienced managers, terrible area supervisor"

Manager (Former Employee) says

"The place is very unorganized and it’s a poor work environment. Upper management treats people unfairly and the turnover rate is extremely high. Do not work here"

Cashier (Former Employee) says

"The old manager was rude and nasty. I wouldn’t work there . It’s an easy job but people can be rude and nasty at fast food jobs. I don’t have the patience for fast food."

Shift Manager (Former Employee) says

"the store is just not a good family oriented place to work... i would not recommend anyone to work here. the new general manager is very rude and does not know how to talk to people"

General Manager (GM) says

"Going 27 days without a day off, no extra compensation for salary. No support from upper level managers. Lack of training, and expectations without previous knowledge. Area management does not support the General Managers. Nothing freeNo compensation and no respect"

Customer Service Associate (Former Employee) says

"They don’t care about us “lowly” workers. I was working here while completing pharmacy school. I ended up having a serious problem and I went high up the chain of command to get it solved. Only to be completely dismissed."

Cashier (Former Employee) says

"I personally did not like working for Arbys. Some of the regular employees were okay, but most were not. The management was horrible and treated people poorly."

Backline Cook (Former Employee) says

"I had a paycheck get deposited into an incorrect account. I should have been paid on July 10th, but have never been called back by any upper level managers. In store managers are castrated, only having the ability to send a corporate email to check. This results in guess what??? Never receiving a personal reply from Arbys, and for all I know my store manager didn't bother to send. The regional manager never called me after I requested it, and I am still unpaid. For any company to do this during *any* time is ridiculous, but during covid-19 and the economic struggle we are in...I consider this poor management criminal"

Team Member (Former Employee) says

"Pay is terrible for such expectations they hold for you, manager hires anyone who comes along no matter qualifications, terrible at communication, very problematic environment, very childish managers Would not recommend sadly"

Team Member (Former Employee) says

"Same as above managers were not applying themselves to the guidelines, no trust, ridiculing, unrealistic expectations and didn't follow through with promises.1/2 off meals, 10 minute breaksNo healthcare, managers expectations unreal"

Crew Member (Current Employee) says

"I hate going into my job. They have my stress level through the roof and we never have enough employees to work. They take your overtime pay due to the district manager not wanting employees getting overtime. Free drinksGeneral manager"

AMANDA WOODS says

"This Arby’s in Mebane is nasty place to eat at. My children and I ate there we got home start vomiting right after we ate their sandwich’s"

Brandy Oleary says

"I placed my order. I went to the window and changed something. They lady at the register wasn't friendly and was, making smart comments to her " manager". The manger wasn't friendly either. He corrected the order. He handed me my reciept and said nothing to me. Also my daughter DID NOT recieve her toy in her KIDS MEAL!!!!"

frvyo says

"The shake machine was broken."

Aresha Mitchell says

"Horrible went Arby’s location 5370 north beach st in Fort Worth Tx the Sunday 12/6/20 around 11am the lady was very rude I asked her about an item she was very unpleasant and unprofessional once I got up to the window she handed me my food I told her thank you and she just closed the window the only problem she could have had with me was that I’m a black woman that was my first and last visit their and none of my friends will go to that particular establishment because the meal was for my white boss and I let all the staff know about my experience"

Eloisa Cardim Janson says

"The bread was not just of poor quality but it was also super old. The meat had a gross texture and everything was too salty. It is NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I paid 10 dollars for a meal that is just like Walmart’s cheapest bread and roast beef. I could have just bought that at Walmart and spent just 2 dollars. Fries were tasting burned. Customer service was awful. Employees don’t know how to answer simple questions and they were in bad mood. The soda was AWFUL! I could not drink it at all. This is a rip off. DONT GO TO ARBYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waste of money, time, and stomach. I feel gross after eating it. Any other fast food is better than this. I can’t believe people eat at this place."

Mbirolin confirmed buyer says

"Well I went in there ordered a couple sandwiches it cost me $29 I could have went and had two nice steaks for dinner with my wife instead I got Arby's thinking it was going to taste great the waffle fries were like hockey pucks french fries we're kinda ify we got the brisket sandwiches the only thing I could say she said it pretty much sucked yeah I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my dog my dog wouldn't even eat that food do yourself a favor and go to Hardee's is way better"

Jerry Coppage says

"30 minutes in the drive through just to tell me they didn’t have what I want. That’s after I watched them lean against the counter talking while I timer went off for minutes. Don’t recommend"

Traci says

"Horrible drive thru service, shorted several items at the latrobe location. Even worse customer service when calling, definitely will never go back"

Meineke says

"what part of give me some arby's sauce did you not understand"

Master Guns says

"The woman at north Stafford that appears to be the manager, white female, eyeglasses, wearing jacket over her nametag, straight hair, all over the place. She was rude, name calling, and I thought was going to throw a soda at me. Has anyone else had issues with her?"

Paul Smith says

"Drive through. Purchased two classic roast beefs. Immediately what came to mind is the old Burger King commercial. Took a picture but can’t send it with this review. Where’s the beef! Never again ! Just threw away $8 ! Never again!-"

Eric Underwood says

"Food was terrible. Went there three different times and the food was old and cold. Done with them."

Don Johnson says

"Open your dining rooms!!!!! There are NO mandatory shut downs in TN... you are keeping your Nashville locations dining rooms closed based solely on economic outcomes!!! grow a set and open up for your customers....personally, I’m a long time customer and I’m DONE with Arby’s!!! I would rather eat week old hot dogs from an old gas station than to add to your bottom line, how about trying to get us back to “normal’ instead of putting your “stock holders” first!?!?!!?"

Gary Arrington says

"I just purchased the 2 for $6 sandwiches at the Arby's in Forestville Heights one the gyro and the second was the beef and cheddar. And I tell you those were the worst sandwiches I ever had. The beef and cheddar sandwich was not quite warm, the cheese sauce on the sandwich did not taste cheddar. And the bun was cold. Then I took one bite out of the gyro sandwich and threw it away it was just very nasty tasteless.... Never had I ever had this experience with Arby's sandwiches and I tell you never will I ever have this experience with Arby's sandwiches because I'm not going back."

Brian Mathis says

"I went to the Arby's in Moses Lake, WA. Ihad to repeat my order 3 times and they still didn't get it right. I got home to find out the cookies I got for my son were not there and my sandwich looked like a drunk through it together as well as the container it was in was ripped open on one side. It was a sad sight. I try to be patient and understanding but this looked like they just didn't care. Small business restaurants are losing out to this?!"

Pam says

"I haven't had Arbys for awhile and I really wanted a Jamocha shake!! Got a classic roast beef (hardly any meat at all), curly fries (cooked way too long), and a shake (was terrible!! Whats with all the whip cream and chocolate) it was terrible!!! Bring back the old shakes!!! Wasted $10!! Not happy!!!"

SARA T. says

"My Arby’s has excellent Customer service, and today it was great as usual. The prime rib cheesesteak, however, was a disastrous mound of glop. It had no flavor, the texture was like baby food, as if the cheese, meat and peppers had been in a blender before being poured onto the bun. In the future, I will stick to my two favorites, a plain roast beef sandwich or turkey gyro. They’ve always been very tasty."

Nan Hamner says

"They only filled the box with potato fries halfway though we PAYED for a full box."
